When
March 16th, 2023.
Doors will open at 10:00am CST. Jody will be in the store for 4 hours. The event will conclude at approximately 2:00pm. The store will be open regular retail hours after the event for shopping and open knitting.
What's included?
A short mini-session to meet with Jody as part of a small group, get an autograph, ask questions, and grab a photo! The mini sessions will be 10-15 minutes and you will be placed in the next available session when you arrive. An store associate will be available to assist during the session.
Jody is bringing an exclusive trunk show with him for the visit. The show will be set up around the store. We will also have an expanded display of our own Jody Long model garments set up throughout the store as well. Included in the show is a preview of 3 new Jody Long yarns that will be arriving to us soon this spring.
The exclusive attendee ONLY shawl pattern using Jody Long Alba. This shawl is designed by Jody exclusively for the tour. The shall uses 2 balls of Alba in the main color and 1 ball in a second color for the border. The shawl may also be worked in a solid color with 3 balls.
The first 50 attendees to register will receive an exclusive swag bag filled with a variety of gifts from Jody Long, Knitting Fever, & Icon Fiber Arts.
Covid & Wellness Protocol
Masks optional for the vaccinated. Non-vaccinated individuals should wear masks. Please make a honest effort to do a thorough self check for any Covid, Flu, Cold, or other illness symptoms and stay home if you have any doubts.
Where
The event is held at our new studio, Icon Fiber Arts, located at 590 Redbird Circle, De Pere, WI 54115. Parking is available in our mall's lot. Please notify us prior to the event if you need any accommodations.
Admission
Please bring your order number with you to the sign in area at the main entrance. A team member will have a list of of the registrants to check you off from. If you misplace your order number, we will be able to retrieve it using your registration information. All ticket sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.
