Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Some orders ship same day when placed before 1pm central standard time. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Hand painted, hand dyed, and custom products may be produced for your order and ship when ready with up to a 5-7 day lead time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other major services. We also offer free shipping on most purchases over $49. The free shipping special ships best way for price. Please contact us if you would like more information on the expected delivery time for an order with Free Shipping over $49.

International Shipping Policy

We only ship merchandise outside of the U.S. as supported by our carrier services. Items may or may not be eligible for shipping outside the U.S. depending on their destination. iconfiberarts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please contact us if you would like more information on an International Shipping Quote. We reserve the right to cancel any international order we cannot fulfill. 

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

iconfiberarts.com​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
