Top Down Knitting is the trend in the knitting world. With top down knitting, the models are knitted completely in one piece, so there are almost no seams at all. There is only a small opening under the sleeves that needs to be sewn shut. In this booklet you will find many great models for the top down knitting technique, which are usually started at the top of the neckline and then knitted further down. Extremely practical: You can try on the sweater or jacket while you are knitting and adjust the length of the front and back as well as the sleeves individually. Single- and two-thread models are represented. The single-thread models are knitted with the high-quality Essentials Merino dk yarn made from 100% merino wool. Things get fluffy with the two-thread models: Here the merino yarn is knitted together with the matching print or plain version of the elegant mohair-silk blend Essentials Super Kid Mohair Loves Silk. The large color range of both yarns offers the opportunity to always choose two colors that match each other perfectly.
